How to make cleansing detox juices
Freshly-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are powerful tools and are essential in any detox programme. Apart from being easy to make, especially with the aid of an electric juice extractor, juices help stimulate the whole body, from the internal organs to the outside skin, encouraging the elimination of built up toxins.
There are many juice combinations you can make such as a typical fruit combination like the citrus blend or a more tropical version using mango and pineapple. Try something a little more unusual and mix up a variety of vegetable juices to kick-start your system.
Enjoy these concoctions as they help remove impurities and boost your digestive and immune system. After a while you will be creating your own combinations.
Each fruit or fruit and vegetable blend makes up one serving, so double the quantity if you are making for more than one person.
