Meatball are one of the most perfect foods to use as an appetizer. There are so many easy ways that you can fix them. You can go sweet or you can go savory but either way, they will be ready in just a few minutes.


Instructions

Step 1

To keep the appetizers easy, easy, easy you can use frozen meatballs. You can find them in your local grocery in the frozen food department. Try to find meatballs that are not seasoned with Italian spices if possible .

Step 2

Savory

Combine in a saucepan:
*16oz jar marinara sauce
*10-12oz bottle BBQ sauce
*2.5lbs frozen meatballs thawed
Place the pan on the burner and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Place in a serving dish and use toothpicks to eat.

Step 3

Creamy

Combine in a saucepan:
*2 8oz jars beef gravy
*2 8oz containers sour cream
*2 lbs frozen meatballs thawed
Place the pan on a burner at low heat. Simmer for 30 minutes, do not boil. Place in a serving dish and serve with toothpicks.

Step 4

Sweet

Combine in a sauce pan:
*12oz jar of chili sauce
*10oz jar grape jelly
*2lbs frozen meatballs thawed
Place the saucepan on a burner at medium heat. Bring to a boil and lower the heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Place in a chafing dish or other serving dish and provide tooth picks to pick the meatballs up out of the dish.

Step 5

Fruity

Combine in a saucepan:
2 10oz cans whole cranberries
1 cup orange juice with a lot of pulp
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 lbs frozen meatballs thawed
Place on a burner at medium heat. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Place in a serving dish and serve with toothpicks.
