How to use yogurt for skin care

The pro-biotics in yogurt work wonders for cleansing your body and aid in curing yeast infections. These same properties help to unclog pores making the skin of your hands and face feel silky and smooth. It also leaves your skin with a healthy glow.
Rub yogurt on your acne
When you enjoy a small dish of yogurt, leave a little in the bottom. Take this to the bathroom and rub it on areas of your face where you have acne pimples. Massage the yogurt into your skin. Wash it off with clear warm water.
You can also use yogurt in this way to prevent pimples from occurring. Rub a small amount over your clear skin.

Use it as hand cream rubbing it over your fingers and nails and both sides of your hands. Rinse off the yogurt with warm, clear water.
After a week of using this cream even as little as once a day, you will see a noticeable difference in the softness of your hands. Your cuticles and nails will also look quite healthy.
Make yogurt part of your nightly routine
As you go about your usual bedtime routines, use yogurt instead of commercial face masks. With its zinc and lactic acid, it will help remove dead skin cells and smooth out the wrinkles in your skin as well as cleanse the pores. Spread the yogurt evenly over your face and gently massage it into your skin. Let it sit there for 20 minutes and then gently wash it off with clear warm water.
