How to add your Twitter feed to your Blogger page
A personal blog and Twitter feed are some of the best ways to stay in touch with friends and family. Separately, these tools are useful, but together, they are a killer combination. They are also effective tools to promote your products if you’re running a business.
Adding your Twitter feed to your Blogger page can add a sense of dynamism to your Blog and give your readers something interesting to read, particularly if you have not had the time to pay much attention to your blog. Twitter has made exporting your Twitter feed to Blogger extremely easy. Simply customize your feed as per the instructions below, and add it to your Blogger page with a single click. You also have the option to add your Twitter feed to your Blogger page by adding a gadget in your Blogger Settings tab.
Log in to your Twitter page
One way to add your Twitter feed to your Blogger page is to log in to your Twitter page, then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Twitter page and click on «Goodies.»
Select the Widget you want
Click on Widgets, select «Widgets for my website» in the column on the left, then select «Profile Widgets» to include your stream of Tweets in your Blogger page. You can also choose to display a list of your favourite tweets (Faves Widget), a Twitter search box (Search Widget) or even a list of your favourite people (List Widget).
Customize your widget
Enter your user name to customize your Twitter widget. If you see your Twitter feed to the right of the page, you have successfully customized your widget.
Finish and grab code
Click on «Finish & Grab Code» at the bottom of the page then click on the «Add to Blogger» button. This will automatically take you to your Blogger page. Click on «Add Widget.» You will be taken to your Blogger layout page, where you can choose to move the widget to your desired location. Once you’re satisfied with the results, click on Save at the top right corner of the page. Your Twitter feed will now be displayed on your Blogger page.
Add your Twitter feed with Blogger gadgets
You can also choose to include your Twitter feed by adding a gadget directly from your Blogger page. Simply click on «Layout,» then click «Add a Gadget,» then search for Twitter. You will be presented with a host of different gadgets that will import your Twitter feed to your Blogger page.
